The Bay Project was a transformation from a once under-utilized space into a well-furnished addition to an already beautiful home. Upgrading the home by adding a fourth bedroom and second full bath, the finished basement allowed a family to grow while keeping storage space. An egress window was installed to bring natural light into the space while making this living space code compliant. Not only does this additional bedroom and complete bathroom give the family a functional and useful space, but adds value to their home if they were to ever sell in the future.
