  Smith - Bathroom

February 24, 2019

To prospective customers:

We are glad to recommend Frontline Remodeling for home renovation projects. From our first meeting with Brad to the last day of cleanup we were impressed by the professional planning, clear explanations and thorough follow through.

Our bathroom reconstruction has been planned for years, so we had mature ideas that meant a lot to us. Brad gave advice about the best suppliers and the quality of materials, but left the styling decisions to us. He made sure, though, that correct sizes were ordered, and made certain every piece was delivered before starting the tear out. Brad gave us a realistic estimate for both price and time and stayed within the estimates. In fact, he thought it might take ten work days and it took nine.

Brad and his crew (Jeremiah) were prompt, hard working and communicated clearly in a friendly manner about each day's goals, progress and decisions to be made for the next day. Preparation for the work was thorough; their path through the house was protected; dust was kept under control as much as possible; discarded materials were removed daily and at the end cleanup was thorough. Any questions we had were answered quickly, even if it was on an evening or weekend.

We were completely comfortable having Frontline Remodeling workers in our home and intend to call them again in the future.

  Elsner - House Remodel

October 2018

To Whom it May Concern,

I wish to tell you about our positive experience with Frontline Remodeling.

We had been unable to find a contractor that could build our first architect's esoteric design within our budget. I believe that our location, in addition to the initial design did not help with contractors being willing to even bid the product.

We were forced to search for a second architect to produce a design that had a higher probability of meeting our remodeling desire and robust (relative to our home's initial purchase price) budget.

Once we had a much different design, the second architect recommended Frontline Remodeling. After a group meeting with the architect and Brad we knew we had a team that could get us what we needed for a price we could afford.

Brad worked with us on identifying issues with integrating the new new design to surprises in the existing construction of the house. Brad also worked with us as we had suppliers issues (i.e., wrong bath/shower delivered) to bring acceptable resolution to these issues.

Frontline was our single point of contact for all of the remodeling work. Any subcontracting was transparent to us. Brad and his team suggested changes to the work that added a small cost but added much more value to the home (downspouts, siding). Brad worked hard with us to control the cost of our project while providing high value, economical alternatives to our additional requirements of the project.

We are very pleased to have been introduced to Frontline Remodeling and having them as our contractors. We would recommend Frontline to anyone with a remodeling project and would use them again if we have any further remodeling needs.

Sincerely yours,

Michael Elsner

  Metheny - Basement
October 2018

Dear Brad Norbut:

Thank you for the excellent work you and your staff did on my recent home improvement project. Please consider this letter as my referral letter for any future customers. A such please feel free to use all or any part of it for the referral.

We recently decided that we wanted to finish part of our basement and create a home movie theatre. After a consultation with the home theatre specialists we started to get quotes for the actual remodel. We had some idea of how we wanted to use the space. We also had some technical advice for the audio video requirements and the configuration of the room. We obtained multiple quotes on the work. We ultimately selected Frontline Remodeling for the work. We are extremely satisfied with the final product. We chose Frontline Remodeling the following reasons.

• The consult was with someone who was clearly the most knowledgeable, professional, and personable of those we obtained quotes from
• The company came highly recommended from an acquaintance who used them for their home improvement project
• While we had some idea of what we needed the Frontline staff helped us better consider all the different options
• There was no hard sell on adding things we might not need. The prices were reasonable
• The timeline was appropriate , and they worked with us to accommodate our needs for an end date

While this was likely one of their smaller projects it was still a major investment for us. They never made us feel like it was less important.

They delivered the project on time (a little earlier than expected),on budget, and added some additional things we wanted done along the way for a reasonable cost.

In summary, they managed the project well, did everything they committed to,delivered a high-quality product, and it was a pleasure to work with them. They minimized the disruption such a project might cause and made it very easy for us to work with them. I highly recommend them for cost, competitive prices, quality work, and the excellent staff they assigned to the project.

Sincerely,

Mike & Laurie Metheny

  Spaulding - Bathrooms
July 2016

We recently hired Brad Norbut and Frontline Remodeling to remodel two bathrooms in our home. We've dealt with several contractors over the years and really appreciate the high quality and cost-effective approach that Brad brings to the business. We also appreciate that Brad responds to inquires in a timely and reliable manner.

We sought out Brad based on a friend's recommendation. Brad responded promptly to our inquiries, listened to our needs, and made some really good design suggestions along the way. His cost estimates were reasonable but realistic.

Once we has a contract and a date for the work to start, Brad stayed in touch as we selected the items on our "pick list" and helped resolve questions and problems as they came with our vendors.

The actual remodeling work was started and completed on schedule and within budget in a very, very high quality manner. Brad and his workmen were friendly, very competent, thorough and trustworthy.

The final result turned out better than we originally expected and there was almost no need for follow-ups with Brad after the job was done. We are very pleased with the work.

Thank you,

Lincoln and Susan Spaulding

  Struble - House Updated
May 28, 2016

We found Brad to be more than willing to work with tenants living in the house in order to get work done. He communicated with us regularly which was huge because we are currently living out of state. We wanted to update the house and maintain the 1927 character of it and Brad was able to do just that. He preserved specific things we felt are important to keep & found ways to make the new blend with the old. He brought everything up to what is current code as well. He gave us high, middle and low range cost options. Brad was honest and upfront about costs to the best of his ability- anytime you do a major project on an 80 something house, there are unexpected things that come up & Brad notified us when these came up and we weren't surprised with hidden costs at the end. The quality of work is wonderful. We saw our house completely finished for the first time this week and it looks like a new house inside.

Thiel - Remodel After House Fire
May 25, 2016

Frontline Remodeling, Brad Norbut went above and beyond for my family and our home. He was by far one of the best personal contractors we have ever worked with. He was very understanding to our situation and the difficulties we faced. In January, my family experienced a house fire that destroyed our top floor bedrooms, roof, trusses, fireplace/chimney, and smoke damage through out the house. Brad came that very morning, dealt with our tears, crazy emotions, and got right on the job of getting us an estimate of all the damage, as well as his sub-contractors coming through right away as well. It was an easy decision to choose Brad to work with us, based on his past work and the support he showed us that very day. He made us feel comfortable while working with him through the whole process and was easy going with all our questions. He made time for us to ensure that we were happy from start to finish. Brad and his crew were always on time and on the job when stated. Brad was great to communicate with, quick replies, answered every question, every concern, even during weekends when we needed walk throughs. His crew was clean, organized, very efficient, and we felt welcomed and comfortable coming and going through out the process.

The time frame the insurance had given us for our home to be done was 6 months. A long hard 6 months to be away from our home. But Brad felt that and knew how bad we wanted to get back in. My personal goal was before gardening season, which Brad dully noted and easily met!!! The fire was January 11, and Brad had us moving back into our home April 22nd, which is absolutely amazing! Everything through out the whole house, the whole process was done to 100% satisfaction. We would, and will be hiring only Frontline Remodeling for any further projects. Amazing job well done!

  Reynolds - Bathroom
April 2015

Brad was the only contractor that really listened to us on our first visit. Even before giving us a price he sent some info on where to get a type of vanity we wanted. If there was something we had in mind that he felt wouldn't work out he fully explained it in very simple terms as to the reason why. He gave us a wide list of vendors to select items from and budget prices in the quote to work from. He installed a new rear flush toilet to replace our old one which goes into our septic system. The other contractors did not want to do it that way and the systems they quoted were more expensive. The new position of the toilet was great and it works great. He knows what he is doing. During construction he communicated every day on what was going on and always asked us about tile layout, vanity, switch locations, molding, etc. There were no surprises during the whole project. I asked him if he could relocate a pot light removed during tear out into our family room ceiling and he did it quickly and at a very fair rate. They were as neat as they could possibly be and always cleaned up everything at the end of the day before leaving.

I highly recommend Frontline. This was the most pleasant experience we have ever had with a contractor.

  McNamara - Kitchen Remodel
April 2015

Frontline Remodeling was highly recommended to us by a friend who had used them for a kitchen remodel. We can't say enough about how professional and reliable they were. Our estimate was accurate and the project was done in a timely manner. Brad was always available for any questions we might have. We love our new kitchen. Thank you Brad and Greg for a job well done! Compliments galore from family and friends that have seen our kitchen. We highly recommend them for any project you may have. On a scale from 1-10, they are way beyond!

  Axelrod - Bathroom
March 2015

Brad and his crew provided exceptional craftsmanship and diligence in their work. In addition, Brad has excellent taste and was able to provide some useful guidance while we were selecting components. When unforeseen problems arose, they handled them in the most professional manner. No matter how small a detail, Frontline devoted their full attention to it. I would not hesitate in recommending them for any home improvement project.

  Guglielmo - Kitchen
November 2014

Working with Brad and his crew at Frontline Remodeling was the best decision we have ever made. Brad guided us every step of the way, introducing us to quality suppliers that educated us on cabinetry, flooring, tile, paint and fixtures. Brad made sure everything was in place prior to starting our kitchen remodel and flooring project, so it could be completed in a very timely manner. The crew was always on time, friendly and informative, as to what would be accomplished by the end of the each day. We love our new kitchen and the engineered hardwoods that were put in the entire first floor. John and Patty Guglielmo

  Johnston - Addition
September 2014

Frontline Remodeling did a 200 square foot addition onto our home consisting of a new full bathroom and laundry room. Additionally, a new roof was installed, the kitchen was painted, the refrigerator recessed, a microwave was installed over the stove, 2 cupboards were cut down over the microwave and refrigerator, the garage dry walled and a ceiling and drop down stairs added to the garage. Even though a 4 inch thick concrete slab 14'x20' had to be removed from the construction site and a 36 inch thick retaining wall was discovered and removed during the dig, all work was done on schedule. Brad and his crew were very conscientious, hard-working, easy to work with and always ready to accommodate our plan changes. The men arrived promptly every day by 7:30 am, took only a short lunch break on site and at the end of the work day they made sure everything was clean and neat before they left. We could not be more pleased with the results of our new addition. Their workmanship is exceptional. We would highly recommend Frontline Remodeling and already have to several of our friends.

  Ebberts - Kitchen remodel
June 2014

Frontline Remodeling, with Brad Norbut as project coordinator, completed a total kitchen remodel for us. Brad and his crew were extremely professional, conscientious and hard working. They arrived by 8:30 every day and did not leave until after 3:30, with only a short (10 minute) break and a 30 minute lunch eaten in the driveway or garage.

Brad was unbelievably responsive and patient while we were planning the remodel. He always responded to our questions quickly, usually within 24 hours. The crowning point was that the project was completed in only 12 days... just as the estimate stated. I highly recommend Frontline Remodeling for any project and hope they are available for any further project we may have.

  Closson - Basement remodel
April 2014

Finished entire basement, added two egress windows, full bathroom, two bedrooms and family area.

Our project was quite large. We took 960 SQ FT of basement and completely remodeled it into two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a large sitting area and added two egress windows. Brad (owner) and team were very punctual and professional. Brad was always on site to over see work being done. Brad always responded quickly to any questions we had about the process. Brad really took the time to look at the details of the job and did many small things during the process that he didn't necessarily have to, but he thought would result in a better finished product. He was also very flexible and accommodating when we added small extras for him to do in the middle of the project. The finished product is excellent. I am very particular about the details and I have zero complaints! If you are getting quotes on work, you definitely need to call Frontline Remodeling.

Heritage Christian Services - Environmental Modification
November 2013

I visited with one of our clients and his dad last week and, again, they are so thrilled with the environmental modifications that were completed in their home last fall. This time Scott, Patrick’s dad, talked a great deal about how wonderful the contractors were (Frontline Remodeling). He shared that their work habits were great and they always had the utmost concern for Patrick during their work. He said that each day all he had to say was, “Patrick is home,” and the guys would stop their work and make sure that their tools, supplies, and any mess was moved and cleaned up so that there never was any obstruction to Patrick. He shared that he would, without hesitation, work with them again and highly recommend them to others!

  Lane - Bathroom remodel
October 2013

There were no troubles with scheduling. Initially, they came out for the design plan. We had an idea of what we wanted and how we wanted our bathroom to look larger. They wanted to work with us and the plans we already had in mind. From the beginning, we liked them and they worked well with us, so we hired them for the job. The bathroom dated back to the 1940’s. They ended up ripping out the entire old bathroom and installed a whole new one. We did use some of the old sinks, but everything else is brand new. We dealt closely with the owner, Brad Norbut. He was on the job about ninety percent of the time and we appreciated that. They were very prompt. They let us know they would have to start a few days later and we made our arrangements for that. The three crew members were very pleasant to work with, professional, and respectful. They were very good about cleaning up after the job was complete. The job took seven days and it was exactly what they had estimated. We are very pleased with the work that they did.

  Bringewatt - Laundry room
October 2013

The work went very well. Brad was great about discussing various options with us before the project, and clearly explaining the work to be completed. We really appreciated him helping us figure out the best possible setup for our new laundry room. Brad and his crew were efficient and professional in completing the work. We definitely plan to hire them again for our next project!

  Busky - Sun Room
September 12, 2013

Dear Brad,

I just want to say that we very happy that we selected you to build our sun room. Right from the start you were open to any and all ideas that we had for our sun room. You helped us work through the pros and cons of all of our ideas until we came up with the size, layout and elevation that was best for our house and for us.

You were always available to take our calls or to meet with us. Maximizing the size and space posed a few challenges, but you were able to make it all work and we are very happy (especially with the last minute idea of cantilevering the long wall to gain additional space).

Your helpers were also very professional and were always prompt to start every day.

Overall we are very happy and would highly recommend you and Frontline Remodeling. I don't expect any additional remodeling on this scale, but if we do, We will be calling you first.

Sincerely,

Patrick Busky

  Menard - Bathroom Remodel
September 7, 2013

We are pleased to recommend Frontline Remodeling to anyone looking to complete high quality renovations to their home. Brad impressed us immediately with his professionalism and his integrity. We were working with a tight budget to remodel our main bathroom and Brad offered many helpful suggestions to help us create the look we wanted, with the quality we desired, while still keeping costs reasonable.

During the remodel Brad and his crew - Doug and Greg were punctual, efficient, and a pleasure to have in the house (Our two dogs loved Doug's bacon treats!) They were always available to answer questions and were excellent about communicating the progress of the job. Each day the work area was left spotlessly clean with the bathroom enclosed to contain any dust.

Our remodel was completed on time, within budget, and we couldn't be happier with the result! We would not hesitate to use Frontline Remodeling for future projects and highly recommend them to anyone.

  D'Angelo - Three Season Room
July 2013

To Whom It May Concern,

My wife and l signed on with Frontline Remodeling to build a 3 season room where a deck existed. We were very pleased with all aspects of the project.

Brad kept his word as to the 3 week timeline. He and his workers were at my house everyday very early and worked hard all the time. They are all very knowledgeable in all aspects of carpentry and electrical work etc.

l was also pleased with the vendors that were contracted. My project also involved drywall, carpets, installing new siding, gutters and so forth. l was home much of the time so I was able to witness first hand the progress that took place.

I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Brad to anyone for their project. He was very professional from start to finish and we are very happy with our new room and plan to use it for many years to come.

  Berkes - Master Bathroom Remodel
October 25, 2011

To Whom it May Concern:

We are writing this letter to inform potential customers how much we are enjoying our newly remodeled master bathroom.

The remodeling of our Master Bathroom was complicated since the original bathroom had a huge Jacuzzi, only one vanity, an exposed toilet and an antiquated plastic shower. The remodel job required removal of the Jacuzzi, adding a second vanity, enclosing the toilet in its own small room and constructing a custom tiled corner shower with the space left. There was substantial electrical, plumbing and ducting work and re-work required, which all operates as intended.

The finished product is beautiful.

We want to compliment Brad and his associate, Doug, on the quality of their work. They started the job early and finished in the exact amount of time projected for the work.  In addition they were so punctual each day that we could set a clock to their arrival.

Both Brad and Doug were patient with our questions and accommodated all of our requests and additions with a willing attitude.

We would not hesitate to recommend Frontline Remodeling to anyone embarking on a remodeling project.

Sincerely,
John and Kathryn Berkes

  Ebberts - Major painting project
September 5th, 2011

Dear Brad,
Thank you for doing a wonderful job. You and your crew were on time, efficient, and thoroughly professional. We appreciate your awareness of the inherent inconvenience of a major painting project and the fact that you brought in extra manpower to get the job done quickly. This demonstrated true consideration of our situation. The quality of your work was exemplary. We’ve entered into many projects since we bought this house, but you are one of the few contractors we would welcome back for a second time.

Thanks again,
Dave and Sandy Ebberts

Ramerman - Basement and Laundry Remodel
October 18th, 2010

Brad Norbut and Frontline Remodeling remodeled both our basement and laundry room. My experience with Brad and his work on these two large projects has been outstanding. Brad is a professional craftsman and a project manager with the best relationship skills I have seen demonstrated by anyone in his field. Brad listens carefully, analyzes problems, makes creative recommendations and completes the work on time and on budget. He communicates in a clear, friendly way and checks in on a regular basis- guiding the project from start to finish. My wife, Mary, and I both felt comfortable and confident with Brad and his team in our home. He loves his work and his appropriately proud of what he accomplishes. The work is beautiful and we have planned more projects with Brad and Frontline.

Thanks, Brad,
Jim Ramerman

  Sullivan - Four season room

Sullivan - Four season room
July 20, 2009

To Whom It May Concern:

From June 1st to July 4th, 2009, I contracted Bradley Norbut of Frontline Remodeling to do an extensive remodeling job for me. The job consisted of building a four season room, do a complete new roof and new gutters, plus a number of small repairs.

I would fully recommend Brad. There was not a single problem throughout the five weeks he was at my home. He was there every morning bright and early and worked consistently every day. He never missed a day in five weeks. His work was perfection. I could not be happier with the results, He did everything before I could say a word.

Brad is a fine, upstanding young man. I would not hesitate for a minute to hire him for any future repairs. Be assured, he will do an excellent job.

Sincerely,
Karen Sullivan

  Bradshaw - Bathroom Remodel

Sullivan - Four season room
May 27, 2010

We highly recommend Frontline Remodeling. They remodeled our bathroom, and the finished job was fantastic. They were on time every day, kept the house clean while working and left the bathroom spotless when the work was done, and did a great job on the remodel. They gave us a quote and stuck to their numbers- no surprises later down the road. All of the work was done well, and the tiling turned out just beautiful. We felt very comfortable talking to them they were trustworthy, they were willing to explain things and answer any questions, they did the job right the first time, and they even finished a day early. They did a very professional job, but they also made us feel comfortable and communicated well about the job. (They were also very tolerant and friendly to our young children who followed them around and asked frequent questions about their work). And after the job was complete, when we had some trouble with a third party who did some other bathroom work for us and did a very poor job, Brad dealt with the problem and got it all resolved for us. We were pleased with the work done, we have already recommended Frontline Remodeling to our friends, and we will probably have them back to our home again for future remodeling jobs.

  Plum - Home Remodel
August 10th, 2010

To Whom It May Concern:

It is our pleasure to recommend Brad Norbut and Frontline Remodeling to you. We were referred to Frontline Remodeling by Nothnagle reality when we purchased our new town home, and we’re so glad they did!

We needed to have wallpaper and old carpet removed, and walls throughout the home painted and new laminate flooring installed in the dining and living rooms. Brad gave us excellent referrals for carpet and wood flooring- that were price and quality conscious. We were pleased both with the carpeting that was installed by the company he recommended, as well as the quality of the wood floor installation by Frontline Remodeling. Brad impressed us right off the bat with his professionalism. He was extremely punctual and reliable. His estimates were accurate, and the work was completed in the timeline that he promised. The crew he brought with him was also knowledgeable and accommodating. They encountered unforeseen difficulties with the old sub floor when the carpet was removed. Brad helped us address these issues in a timely, competent and cost-conscious manner. He also added on several additional projects as the work proceeded- even finding space for us to have a small pantry installed!

We are extremely pleased with the quality of the workmanship at Frontline Remodeling, and have very confidence that you will also find their work to be of the highest quality.

Sincerely yours,
Robert and Kathleen Plum

  Short - Basement Remodel
July 14, 2010
To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is to describe our experience with Brad Norbut and Frontline Remodeling.

After deciding to have our basement remodeled, we sought to meet with and get bids from six contractors, two of which worked exclusively with basements. Frontline came recommended by the Nothnagle Home Services Divisions. Brad visited our home on a Saturday afternoon. He spent time with us, carefully listening to our wants and needs. He took a number of measurements and arranged to come back about a week later.

In presenting his estimate, Brad took the time to explain many details including where equipment and supplies would be placed, how many workers would be involved with various stages of the projects, and how long he estimated the entire job would take.

After thoroughly investigating Brad and Frontline with various sources, including references and county and state records, we elected to sign with Brad based on his knowledge, experience, confidence, and communication skills. Out total estimated job time was about five weeks.

Brad and his crew arrived at a pre-scheduled time each day. They left no messes and appeared to be very organized. Each day of the project, Brad would update us at to what was done and yet to be done. Some of our work required some subcontractors who were also very thorough, neat, and polite.

Our project was completed within the promised time and within budget. We were extremely pleased with what was a basement and became converted to a second living room complete with dry walled walls and ceilings and a very nicely completed egress window.

It is our absolute pleasure to recommend Brad Norbut and Frontline Remodeling for any project for which they are qualified. We will be happy to talk with any prospective Frontline client about our experience.
