The Prouty Project

This family came to Frontline Remodeling looking to add new functionality and more space to entertain in their 1000 sq. ft. unfinished basement. The current basement had an existing walkout door which helped with local town code. This complete basement remodel features a new gas fireplace with custom stone work matching both the fireplace and newly installed bar. Concealed ceiling speakers were installed along with wiring for the television and entertainment center. The kitchen area features a bar, granite countertops and accent LED lighting which added a classy touch to this area. This project also features a gaming room and a newly constructed powder room. To flow with the homes décor, an oak railing was installed leading to the upstairs. The homeowners are now able to enjoy their newly remodeled basement and have extra room for entertaining.
