This home had a large backyard, which was very underutilized. The screen room addition made it possible for the family to enjoy the outdoors without the nuisance of bugs or rain. It created a cozy environment to entertain in, while still having a view of the pool area. To start the project, a window was removed and French doors were installed on the back end of the home. The addition features composite deck boards, full view screens, recessed lighting, ceiling fan and a tray ceiling. Concealed speakers were also installed and the main deck area was carpeted. Off of the main addition, an open hot tub area was added. This made it possible to use the hot tub in the rain and snow without having to deal with the outside elements. The hot tub addition features recessed lighting and a beaded ceiling to match the character of the home..
